Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and care.
Provide exceptional customer service and technical support.
Manage customer accounts and assist with application data entry.
Respond to online chat inquiries as needed.
Follow established procedures and policies to resolve issues.
Utilize creative problem-solving skills to address customer needs.
Adapt to changing projects and updates with flexibility.
Balance multiple tasks and manage time effectively.
Complete extensive self-study, training, and testing with a focus on passing required exams.
Adhere to communication guidelines across all channels.
Requirements
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Minimum internet speed of 35 mb/s.
Dedicated, private, and secure workspace.
Personal laptop or desktop computer required for the training period.
Full attendance commitment during the 3-week training period.
Ability to pass a background check and health screening.
Cable/fiber broadband internet with a hard-wired Ethernet connection is required (mobile internet service providers and satellite are not compatible).
Ethernet connection must be a wired connection, not Wi-Fi.
Compensation
Base Pay: $14.50 per hour.
Enhanced Rate: Up to $16.00 per hour based on attendance and performance.
Spanish Bilingual Base Pay: $15.50 per hour.
Spanish Bilingual Enhanced Rate: Up to $17.00 per hour based on attendance and performance.
