As a Health Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from potential clients seeking health insurance coverage. You will provide expert guidance and advice on the various health insurance options available, assisting clients in selecting the most suitable plans based on their individual needs. In this position, you will educate clients on the benefits and features of limited medical plans, ACA plans, and life insurance. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients is crucial to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. You will also need to stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and changes in health insurance policies to provide the best service possible. The role requires a strong commitment, as you will be expected to work long hours and most Saturdays during the Open Enrollment period. A typical schedule will be from 9 AM to 5 PM, with occasional Saturdays outside of Open Enrollment. This position offers the opportunity to build a book of business and unlock recurring revenue, along with a supportive and collaborative work environment that encourages ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Responsibilities

Requirements
Proven experience as a Health Insurance Agent or similar role

Strong sales and negotiation skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Willingness to work long hours and most Saturdays during Open Enrollment
