Health and Wellness Coach

As a health coach, you will work directly with members to provide support, guidance, and accountability as they work towards their health goals. In this role you will: · Build trusting relationships with members through active listening, compassion, and non-judgement · Conduct consultations to understand members' health histories, goals, challenges and motivations · Implement personalized health plans that consider members' needs, preferences and circumstances · Educate and guide members on topics like nutrition, physicial activity, stress management, sleep, and more · Provide ongoing support and accountability through check-ins and progress tracking · Connect members to additional resources and services as needed · Document interactions, progress and outcomes in member files Apply if: · You are a board certified health coach · Passionate about empowering people to improve their health · A great listener who can build rapport and trust with diverse members · Knowledgeable about nutrition, behavioral change, and wellness · Empathetic, patient, supportive, and non-judgmental · Organized and detailed-oriented · Comfortable working independently and as part of a team · Excited to help our members and our company grow We are committed to equal opportunity and fairness, fostering an inclusive work environment where diversity is celebrated.
