CNA Job Expectations:
• Help residents with daily activities (ADLs) and collaborate on their care
• Assist during meal times
• Follow infection control practices and center guidelines
• Record key health metrics like weight, temperature, and blood pressure
• Inform supervisors of any changes in residents' health
CNA Qualifications:
• Active CNA certification
• High school diploma or GED is preferred
• Prior experience is advantageous but not essential
