Health-Affiliated Research Coordinator Needed — Recruit 200+ Participants
We’re looking for a clinical research coordinator / recruitment partner who is currently employed by or formally affiliated with a hospital or health system to help run a short wearable-based data collection study. What we need -Recruit and coordinate 200 participants (potential to scale) -Target population: working professionals with high stress, with elevated anxiety and/or depression. -Market to, identify and communicate with the potential participants -Assess their eligibility with qualifying survey -Administer the initial portion 1-hour portion of the data collection (need a quiet location) -Distribute and collect the wearables to/from participants What participants will do: -Wear a wearable for 3–4 days -Complete 20–30 min/day questionnaires (stress, pain, tiredness, etc.) -Complete an upfront onboarding session (~55–65 minutes) + up to ~1 hour initial setup tasks Logistics -Study can be run through a healthcare facility (you help secure a location if needed) -Materials/software can be localized to the local language -We will compensate you, the participants and also whatever other payment is necessary.
