Develop and implement strategic plans for Uber's LatAm delivery operations, in alignment with the company's overall goals and objectives.
Conduct thorough market analysis and identify growth opportunities for Uber's delivery business in the Latin America region.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute business strategies, including product development, marketing, and operations.
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to track the success of implemented strategies and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Lead the delivery of timely and accurate business plans, forecasts, and budgets for the LatAm market.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including local teams, partners, and government officials.
Provide guidance and support to local teams in the execution of business plans and initiatives.
Communicate regularly with senior leadership on the progress and results of strategic initiatives in the LatAm market.
Proactively identify and address potential challenges and roadblocks in the execution of strategic plans.
Drive continuous improvement and innovation in the delivery operations through the implementation of new processes and initiatives.
Represent Uber at industry events and conferences to promote the company's mission and vision for transportation in Latin America.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the Central Operations team.
