We are currently looking for a Head of Strategy (f/m/x) to join our team. This role will play a vital part in leading strategic areas for our business and realizing high-impact cross-company projects.
WHO YOU ARE
You have at least 5 years of experience in consulting (McKinsey, BCG, Bain), e-commerce or another fast-paced environment
You have worked within or with e-commerce players before
You have people leadership experience, and have successfully developed people and brought out their best potential
You are a highly strategic thinker, have excellent analytical skills and an outstanding track record of working with cross-functional teams
You have excellent verbal and written communication skills
You are ambitious about growing with us and advancing our mission
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Directly report to the Chief Strategy Officer and work with her on company strategy development and execution through OKRs
Lead and develop our non-CE category incubation
Set-up and drive strategic projects independently and cross-functionally
Identify improvement areas for the company and work with c-level and other teams to realize these
