Head of Social Media Marketing
Description: • The Head of Social Media Marketing (SMM) will be responsible for leading our social presence on Telegram and Twitter/X. • This individual will develop the overall content strategy, manage execution, and oversee community engagement, ensuring consistent brand alignment and growth across all channels. • Develop and manage bi-weekly and monthly content calendars • Craft on-brand content including tweets, threads, Telegram posts, and community updates • Identify and capitalize on relevant trends, cultural moments, and opportunities to elevate brand visibility • Monitor and engage with audiences on Telegram and Twitter/X, fostering authentic community interactions • Organize and lead community initiatives such as AMAs, Twitter Spaces, and promotional campaigns • Build and manage a high-performing social and community team, including external partners and freelancers • Coordinate with design, product, and content teams to ensure alignment across communications • Track, analyze, and report on community growth, engagement, and key performance metrics • Conduct A/B testing on content formats and posting schedules to optimize performance • Develop and execute innovative, high-impact social campaigns to drive engagement and brand awareness Requirements: • Proven expertise in copywriting, with the ability to adapt tone and messaging to Web3 audiences • In-depth understanding of community management, particularly on Telegram and Twitter/X • Strong organizational, project management, and leadership skills • Prior experience managing social teams, content calendars, and multi-platform execution • Familiarity with Web3 culture, terminology, and market trends (preferred, not required) • Demonstrated creativity with the ability to develop engaging, timely, and original social content • Experience leveraging analytics tools to track performance and inform decision-making • High level of adaptability and ability to operate in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment • Bonus Attributes • Experience with Telegram moderation tools and scheduling platforms • Basic visual editing capabilities (e.g., Canva, CapCut) • Familiarity with additional platforms such as Discord and Threads • Genuine interest in DeFi, blockchain technology, and community-building • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Benefits: • Fully remote working environment • Competitive salary with performance-based incentives • Opportunity to shape the social strategy of a globally recognized Web3 brand • Collaborative, mission-driven team culture • Generous holiday allowance • Competitive Perks Apply tot his job
