Head of Service Delivery
The Head of Service Delivery will work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment, engaging with both internal teams and external clients. Education and Experience Requirements
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Masters degree preferred.
Proven experience in a leadership role within a technical solutions or managed services environment.
Demonstrated success in client relationship management, solution design, and project delivery.
Strong understanding of technical concepts, systems integration, and IT infrastructure.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Solid grasp of financial management principles and budgetary practices.
Preferred Skills and Experience
Experience working with cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Familiarity with DevOps practices, Agile methodologies, and software development lifecycle.
Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
Previous experience in a consulting or professional services firm.

Work Environment
This is a full-time remote position with a need for occasional travel to client sites or company meetings as necessary.
Work hours can be flexible but some overlap with client time-zones may be required for collaboration and meetings.
