With deep community roots, a client-centric approach, and a commitment to treating sellers with respect and integrity, the company focuses on helping individuals navigate difficult property situations while delivering tailored solutions that meet their needs. Job Summary: The Head of Property Sales is a senior leadership role responsible for leading and scaling a high-performing, retail-based property sales organization that maximizes revenue, velocity, and certainty of close. The role is central to transforming existing deal flow into a scalable, predictable retail sales engine capable of supporting a $100M+ annual retail operation by the end of 2027 through disciplined execution, systems, and best-in-class sales leadership. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: • Recruit, lead, coach, and retain a high-performing team of Property Sales Specialists. • Establish and run daily/weekly/monthly meeting cadences that drive clarity, accountability, and execution. • Provide hands-on day-to-day support to agents throughout the lifecycle of each property sale. • Analyze and optimize agent workload and active file counts to maximize efficiency, responsiveness, quality, and close rates. • Own property sales inventory management, ensuring every asset has a clearly defined “next action” at all times. • Oversee listing readiness, pricing strategy, buyer activity, negotiation flow, and obstacle resolution through closing. • Identify stuck inventory early and lead problem-solving to unblock deals, protect velocity, and preserve margins. • Execute and continuously improve on-market and off-market sales plays to maximize demand, showings, and competition. • Build scalable systems, standards, and expectations that enable growth without sacrificing execution quality. • Partner cross-functionally with Acquisitions, Renovations, Transaction Coordination, Marketing, and Finance to ensure seamless execution from contract to close, while contributing to leadership planning, forecasting, and growth initiatives.
