Meta & Google Ads • Build and optimize campaigns for leads and bookings • Manage monthly ad budgets and scale what works • Run creative tests (video, UGC, reels, static images) • Improve CPL, CPA, and conversion rates month over month • Own all Search, Performance Max, and YouTube campaigns • Restructure accounts, test keywords, improve Quality Scores • Drive high-intent leads for dive trips and group expeditions Email Marketing • Segment lists • Build automated flows • Track real revenue impact • Reduce drop-off and re-engage past clients Conversion Optimization • Collaborate with our design/dev team • Analyze analytics, heatmaps, user behavior • Improve lead form completion rates Strategy & Reporting • Monthly reporting • Budget planning • Creative brainstorming • Data-driven decisions What We're Looking For Required: ✔ 5+ years running Meta & Google Ads, email marketing hands-on ✔ Experience managing significant ad budgets in travel, e-commerce, or lead-gen ✔ Proven improvements in ROAS, CPL, CPA, CTR (with numbers) ✔ Ability to build campaigns from scratch - strategy + execution ✔ Strong analytical thinking ✔ Strong experience with landing page optimization, A/B testing & funnels ✔ Comfortable with autonomy, fast decisions, and startup-style work ✔ Able to attend video meetings during Pacific Time business hours and maintain responsive communication ✔ Fluent English Bonus Points: ⭐ You’re a certified scuba diver ⭐ You’ve worked in travel, tourism, or adventure brands ⭐ You’re obsessed with data, analytics, and improving ROI Work Style: This is a high-ownership, results-driven role.
