We're expanding to new cities and building a small, high-performance team to help us scale to take on Match Group as the number one way to find your personJob OverviewAs the Head of Partnerships and Market Growth, you will spearhead our city-by-city expansion strategy, establishing and nurturing strategic partnerships, and driving customer acquisition across all channels. This role combines data-driven growth initiatives with creative partnership development to scale our community and achieve market dominance.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute comprehensive city-by-city customer acquisition strategies, with clear KPIs and growth targetsAnalyze user data to identify customer segments, optimize acquisition channels, and inform strategic decisionsBuild and maintain high-value partnerships with communities, events, venues, and organizations that align with our target audienceDetermine and manage budget allocation across channels (paid, organic, partnerships, events) to maximize ROIWork closely with the product team to build product led growth tools (like community matchmaking) user feedback and market insightsDesign and implement large-scale marketing campaigns aimed at driving virality and referralsLead a growing team, including brand marketing and paid acquisition specialists, fostering collaboration and excellenceEstablish Sitch as a key player in local dating scenes through strategic event marketing and community engagementRequirements5-7+ years of experience in growth marketing, partnership development, or related fields with demonstrated success in scaling startupsProven track record of building and executing customer acquisition strategies across multiple channelsExperience developing and managing strategic partnerships in consumer-facing industriesStrong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decision-making and optimize growthExperience managing teams and cross-functional collaborationExcellent relationship building and negotiation skillsExperience in dating apps or community-based platforms is a plusSalary & BenefitsCompetitive compensation and equity so that as an early hire, you'll have a front-row seat to the upsideFull health coverage - We offer medical, dental, and vision insurance, plus an FSAFlexible, founder-backed PTO - We have an unlimited PTO policy, and we actually encourage people to use itIdeally NYC-based with flexibility - We do 4 days in the office per week (we're currently scoping space in Manhattan), but we keep things flexible and trust people to manage their own time with 4 weeks of work remotelyBuild the company with us - You'll help define not just our growth strategy, but also our culture, rituals, and how we scale
