We're looking for a Head of Operations / Integrator who:
Ā Acts as the glue that holds everything together, keeping the team aligned and maintaining momentum, even in challenging situations
Ā Gets the culture of nightlife, bars, and hospitality - even if you're not living it every night
Ā Is decisive and proactive, pushing forward with clear action plans instead of waiting for direction
Ā Thrives under pressure, staying calm and focused while juggling competing priorities
Ā Filters big ideas into clear priorities, executing with clarity and precision
Ā Can listen, adapt, and learn quickly, taking the time to understand how we work before making changes
Ā Brings a tech-savvy edge, with experience managing systems, automations, and data

You're a leader who understands the pulse of hospitality - especially nightlife - and knows how to align a fast-growing vending machine business with the energy and needs of this industry. RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Leadership
Ā Drive scalable growth by aligning operations with strategic goals and managing the P&L
Ā Lead franchise operations to achieve 100% franchisee retention and ensure smooth launches
Ā Prioritize initiatives to prevent delays and maintain momentum during rapid growth
Ā Build and maintain brand leadership in the nightlife vending industry
Ā Ensure alignment across departments for seamless execution
Operational Excellence
Ā Learn the operations and how we do things before identifying and driving improvements
Ā Document and streamline processes into standardized SOPs
Ā Implement automation tools to improve efficiency and reduce manual tasks
Ā Address operational challenges in inventory, logistics, and vendor management
Ā Use data to improve decision-making and identify growth opportunities
Team and Culture
Ā Recruit and onboard team members to support rapid scaling
Ā Lead, manage, and hold the team accountable while building trust and delivering results
Ā Train the team to fully utilize systems like CRMs and inventory tracking tools
Ā Build a high-performance culture driven by clear priorities and collaboration
Ā This is a full-time, onsite role based out of Dallas-Fort Worth metro area, TX*
QUALIFICATIONS
Required
Ā 5+ years of leadership experience at the Director level or above, leading cross-functional teams and driving organization-wide impact
Ā Project management experience
Ā Demonstrated leadership in fast-growing environments, with success in expanding service offerings, managing year-over-year growth, or similar outcomes
Ā Experience leading and developing teams
Ā Involvement in business development, whether directly or cross-functionally
Ā Proficiency in using data analytics and reporting tools to identify trends, make decisions, and drive business improvements
Preferred
Ā Experience in supply chain management, logistics, and inventory optimization
Ā EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) and/or Integrator experience
Ā Background in working with brands and understanding market nuances
Ā Experience in startups or innovative environments
Ā Industry experience in hospitality, nightlife, bars, vending machines, or a related field
Ā Proficiency in utilizing AI tools and automation to enhance cross-functional workflows and scale operations
