Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Masters Degree in Nursing (MSN) or related field preferred.
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive nursing experience, including leadership roles.
Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and nursing practices.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Experience in strategic planning, team development, and process improvement.
Proficiency in using healthcare technologies and data analytics tools.
