Head of Network Planning & Warehouse – Dasher & Logistics Strategy & Operations
Job Description:
• Own the design and expansion of DashLink’s network footprint
• Build strategies that improve coverage, service quality, and cost efficiency
• Create induction and routing strategies that align with merchant expectations
• Shape service standards that are competitive with national carriers
• Identify opportunities for regional nodes and consolidation strategies
• Build and own models that project coverage, cost per unit, and service levels
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute launches and measure success
• Translate strategy into clear roadmaps and deliver against milestones
Requirements:
• 8+ years in transportation, supply chain strategy, consulting, or operations roles
• Experience in carrier selection, SLA design, or network optimization
• Fluent in data and modeling (Excel, SQL, Python, or network modeling tools)
