The OpportunitySupernal AI is hiring a mid-career, hands-on Marketing leader who thrives in execution and wants a real chance to level up. This role is built for a crafty, high-output operator—someone who can design and run digital growth campaigns end-to-end, iterate quickly, and build repeatable marketing motion.We’re looking for a marketer with high intellectual speed (strong judgment, fast learning, clear thinking), but who is happiest in the work: launching, optimizing, and scaling campaigns across channels.This is a builder role: you’ll be close to the product, close to the customer, and accountable for outcomes. From day one, you will own campaign strategy and execution. As results compound, this role is designed to expand into full Head of Marketing responsibility—owning budget, shaping GTM priorities, and building the marketing team. You will sit at the table with executive leadership and directly influence Supernal’s market narrative and growth trajectory.What You’ll DoOwn campaign execution end-to-end (hands-on):Plan, launch, and optimize growth campaigns across paid and organic channels (search, social, email, landing pages, retargeting, partnerships, etc.)Build campaign infrastructure: targeting, creative, copy, landing pages, conversion flows, measurementRun rapid experiments: A/B testing, iteration cycles, performance improvementsDrive measurable pipeline and growth outcomes:Build and manage the performance marketing loop: CAC, CPL, CVR, ROAS, attribution, funnel conversionTranslate product and customer insights into messaging that convertsDevelop repeatable playbooks for acquisition, activation, and retentionLead content marketing that differentiates:Develop and execute a content strategy that positions Supernal as a category-defining AI partnerProduce and repurpose high-leverage content (LinkedIn, blog, video, case studies, thought leadership)Promote company leaders (CEO, Head of Sales, and other executives) through narrative-driven content that builds authority and trustTurn client work, insights, and outcomes into market-facing proofSupport relationship-driven go-to-market:Partner with the CRO and leadership on executive-level relationship buildingSupport and coordinate high-value executive introductions and strategic follow-upsPlan and amplify conference presence (pre-event targeting, in-event content, post-event follow-up)Align marketing efforts to a consultative, trust-based sales motionBe the “Crafty Hustle” marketer:Move fast without breaking trust or qualityFind creative ways to win with limited resourcesUse scrappiness and systems thinking to punch above your weightShape the roadmap for marketing operations and team growth:Partner closely with Ryan on direction, priorities, and narrativeOwn marketing budget allocation and performance reportingDefine the long-term GTM architecture alongside leadershipHire and manage contractors or junior team members as growth demandsWhat Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)Launch multiple campaigns and establish a weekly testing cadenceCreate a simple, reliable performance dashboard and reporting rhythmImprove conversion rates across key funnel points (ads → landing → lead/customer)Ship messaging and content that clearly articulates Supernal’s value in-marketSuccessfully support at least one relationship-driven or conference-based GTM initiativeBuild the beginnings of a scalable marketing machine (process, templates, learnings)Who You AreYou’re a doer first. You build, test, iterate, and make things work.Required Experience & Skills5–10 years in growth marketing, performance marketing, or demand generationProven track record executing campaigns across multiple digital channelsStrong skills in:Paid acquisition (Google, LinkedIn, Meta, etc.)Landing pages and conversion optimizationLifecycle and email marketingAnalytics and experimentation (funnel metrics, attribution, testing)Relationship managementEvent marketingProfessional services marketingExcellent writing instincts (ads, landing pages, emails, positioning, thought leadership)Comfort operating with ambiguity and minimal supportNice-to-Haves (Not Required)Experience in B2B SaaS, AI/ML, or technical audiencesExperience building early marketing at a startup (0→1 or 1→10)Basic creative chops (can produce solid assets or direct freelancers well)Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, GA4, Looker, Webflow, etc. Love Loveable?
