Job Description
Head of Life Insurance Marketing will lead the marketing strategy and execution for the Life Insurance line of business, reporting to the Head of Individual Markets Marketing. This individual will lead all aspects of a team responsible for strategic marketing initiatives, content development, campaign execution, and thought leadership. They will act as a key partner to business leaders and marketing collaborators, ensuring the successful promotion and support of life insurance products.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy for the Individual Markets Life Insurance business, focusing on both existing and new products sold through the General Agency & broker distribution channel.
Content Development & Management: Oversee the creation, maintenance, and optimization of marketing materials to support product positioning, sales efforts, and consumer engagement.
Product & Program Launch Support: Drive go-to-market strategies for product launches, updates, and ongoing communications to enhance sales and distribution efforts.
Sales Enablement: Equip life wholesalers with high-impact client-facing materials, including presentations, invitations, seminars, thought leadership content, and campaign collateral.
Regulatory & Compliance Oversight: Partner with Legal and Compliance to ensure all marketing materials meet regulatory requirements, including state-specific filings, disclosures, and approvals.
Budget & Vendor Management: Manage the marketing budget, process invoices, and identify cost-saving opportunities while overseeing relationships with external vendors.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product Development, Distribution, Compliance, Legal, Technology, and external partners to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
Inventory & Asset Management: Maintain and optimize marketing content inventory, ensuring materials are up-to-date, effective, and aligned with strategic goals.

This role is onsite with 3 days in our Hudson Yards NYC Location.
Salary Range:
$129,500.00 - $212,750.00
The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate. In addition to salary, this role may also be eligible for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation.
