At CUBE, You will work alongside some of the brightest minds in AI research and engineering in developing impactful solutions that are reshaping the world of regulatory compliance.Responsibilities: Oversee the full project life-cycle of CUBE’s end-to-end implementation projects from initial customer engagement, statements of work, project tracking and exceptional deliveryLead a team of project leads, technical leads and regulatory subject matter experts Deliver customer excellence and on-time deliveryProvide unrivalled customer service and retention, by exceeding expectations and proactively managing any issues arising during the relationshipCoordinate, influence and ensure accountability across internal functions to ensure legal, financial and technical requirements are fully satisfied and approved for each customer engagementMaintain existing and develop new relationships with partners and subcontractors as necessary to ensure customers receive a high quality, aligned service propositionWhat we’re looking for: Technical SkillsAt least 8 years of experience of managing multiple complex projects and delivery of change and/or transformation within the financial sector; in particular, regulatory-driven initiativesStrong experience and knowledge in regulations applicable to financial services At least 5 years of experience in people managementStrong understanding of large-scale programme delivery (Agile, DevOps, waterfall) – SCRUM qualifications would be beneficialDeep understanding of Compliance and Enterprise Risk Management Frameworks with an expertise in the design and implementation of compliance / legal / risk management operating models for multi-jurisdictional financial services firmsProven-track record of working with diverse skillsets to serve client needs across large / complex organisationsExtensive experience with regulatory compliance processes (e.g. horizon scanning, impact assessment, regulatory change delivery)Experience working with data models, regulatory mapping, taxonomies, data lineage, etc.Prior experience working in consulting firms and /or technology vendors within financial services would be a distinct advantageAbility to organize and lead workshops and elicit business requirements with minimal supervisionInterested?If you are passionate about leveraging technology to transform regulatory compliance and meet the qualifications outlined above, we invite you to apply.
