Head of Data Analytics Innovation Internal Audit

## Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership Develop and execute the vision and strategy for integrating data analytics and innovation into the audit functions. Partner with senior audit and business leaders to identify opportunities for data-driven enhancements in audit planning, execution, and reporting. Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the audit department. ## What We're Looking For Experience: 10+ years of experience in audit, data analytics, or related fields, with at least 5 years in a leadership role at a leading global financial institution, fintech, or Big 4 firm. Proven experience implementing data analytics programs in an audit or risk management environment. Experience in crypto, digital assets, or blockchain is a plus. Expertise: Strong proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Python, R, SQL, Tableau, Power BI). Familiarity with advanced technologies, such as machine learning, AI, RPA, and blockchain. Knowledge of data governance, data quality, and data security principles. Leadership: Proven ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex ideas to diverse audiences, including regulators, senior leadership, and boards. Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Certifications: One or more of the following or related certifications: Certified Analytics Professional (CAP), Tableau Desktop Specialist or Tableau Certified Data Analyst; Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst Certification; SAS Certifed Data Scientist.
