We’re looking for a commercially minded leader to build this new unit from the ground up—someone who can define the offering, recruit and lead the team, and drive business growth through outstanding creative execution.You will be responsible for shaping the service offering (branding, content, digital design, campaign development, etc.), delivering high-impact work for U.S.-based clients, and building a scalable practice with strong creative standards.This is a builder role for someone who understands both the creative and commercial sides of agency work, and who is excited about launching something new inside an established, fast-growing company.ResponsibilitiesDefine and refine the vision, scope, and go-to-market strategy of the Creative & Marketing Services unit.Recruit, lead, and mentor a multidisciplinary team of designers, copywriters, strategists, and marketing professionals.Lead client engagements from pitch to delivery, ensuring creative excellence and business impact.Build internal processes and workflows to enable consistent delivery of high-quality creative work.Collaborate with the CEO and commercial leaders to generate business opportunities and grow client accounts.Represent the unit with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment on goals and expectations.Track creative trends, tools, and technologies to keep the practice innovative and competitive.Qualifications and Job Requirements8+ years of experience in creative leadership roles, ideally within an agency or consultancy model.Strong commercial acumen: experience owning P&L, pricing, proposals, and client development.Demonstrated ability to build and lead a creative team from scratch.A strong portfolio showcasing creative leadership across branding, campaigns, and digital channels.Fluent English and strong communication skills, with the ability to sell creative ideas and lead client conversations.What We Offer100% Remote Work: Enjoy the freedom to work from the location that helps you thrive.
