Purpose of the role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Head of Continuous Improvement
to lead and drive the deployment of continuous improvement (CI) standards across
our manufacturing sites in the UK / North America. This is a strategic role,
reporting to the Chief Operating Officer with a counterpart in the UK / North
America, and indirect responsibility for CI teams at multiple locations in
location. The successful candidate will champion a culture of operational
excellence, ensuring consistency, sustainability, and measurable performance
improvements across all responsible sites.

Responsibilities
• Lead the implementation and adoption of global CI standards, tools, and methodologies across all manufacturing sites in the region.
• Provide strategic guidance and support to site-based CI teams, ensuring alignment with corporate CI objectives.
• Monitor CI initiatives and progress across sites, identifying opportunities for replication of best practices.
• Collaborate with site leadership to integrate CI initiatives into operational plans and business objectives.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence, ensuring CI principles are embedded in daily operations.
• Facilitate regional CI forums, workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance capabilities across sites.
• Track and report regional CI performance metrics, ensuring transparency and alignment with global reporting standards.
• Act as the regional CI ambassador, promoting engagement, accountability, and measurable results.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Significant experience in continuous improvement/operational excellence roles within heavy industrial manufacturing.
• Proven ability to lead and influence across multiple sites and functions, without direct reporting lines.
• Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, or other CI methodologies and tools.
• Experience implementing global standards across regional or multi-site operations.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical and results-driven mindset with a focus on sustainable change and measurable impact.
