Over the past few years, our product portfolio has expanded well beyond surveys to include agile market research and customer experience solutions that are experiencing rapid growth. Our rebrand from SurveyMonkey to Momentive gives us a new canvas to tell our enterprise story, better supporting an intentional move upmarket, where we will face competitive challenges that must be skillfully navigated. As the Head of Competitive Intelligence, you will help fuel Momentive's go-to-market success by sharpening our competitive positioning and messaging, developing winning sales plays, providing actionable deal guidance, and informing our product strategy and roadmap. Reporting to the Vice President of Product Marketing, this is a highly collaborative role and you will form strong partnerships with sales, customer success, marketing and product. You will • Research, track, and analyze key competitors in the experience management and market research spaces • Conduct in-depth research on competitive product capabilities through a variety of sources including win/loss reports, analyst reports, webinars, PR, and other publicly available information • Build competitive sales tools and collateral (e.g. battle cards, competitive playbooks, solution comparisons) that help sales position our offerings to win • Provide sales and customer success with ongoing education on the competitive landscape as well as on shared learnings from prior deals • Manage a win/loss program with a 3rd party vendor to help us understand the primary reasons we win and lose • Partner with the marketing team to build targeted competitive campaigns • Bubble up competitive insights to the executive team to help inform company strategy You have • 8+ years of experience in competitive intelligence, product marketing, or similar role in a B2B SaaS environment • Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver compelling presentations to a variety of audiences • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong strategic, analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills • Enough technical aptitude to understand and clearly convey key product and technology differentiators • Track record of successfully leading, influencing and collaborating with cross-functional teams What we offer our employees Momentive is a place where the curious come to grow and shape what's next.
