The Firm currently has seven people within this AI team and this person will look after the majority of the the team if not all by a few weeks in to the process. Overall, it's a highly exciting and dynamic position whereby we're looking for someone to integrate their own ideas, materials and subject matter expertise to improve the situation of AI. Key details: Location: New York City HQ + highly flexible working arrangements Salary: $185,000-$255,000 + 10%-65% bonuses Future outlook: ideally, we're looking for a head of AI or technology who can eventually become a chief AI officer or something similar. Realistically, there will be a pathway to grow and maintain the team, but also a lot of individuality to support you to grow the team and the wider business Key skills desired: • Broad experience across Information Technology or software engineering or artificial intelligence or data science or similar • Experience with data engineering or data science technologies • Must have experience managing team members, although this can be anything from three or four upwards • Has to be willing to travel into New York City when required. It's hard to say how often this could be, but the candidate needs to be flexible • Willing to work with senior stakeholders who aren't too technical as well as those who are extremely technical • Informed about all things artificial intelligence and interested in growing the team in this area If interested please apply using your CV or message Billy Hall for further details.
