Responsibilities • Develop and oversee a comprehensive communication strategy that aligns with Newmont's corporate strategy. • Drive initiatives to position Newmont as a responsible and sustainable industry leader. • Lead a direct team and influence distributed communications teams to enhance engagement and collaboration. • Provide governance and strategic oversight for consistent execution of communication initiatives. • Play a pivotal role in delivering short-term results while advancing long-term sustainability and growth. Requirements • Graduate degree in Communications, Marketing, Media, Journalism or related field. • Extensive expertise in global communications, brand building, and strategy alignment for diverse audiences. • Preferred experience in US-based global businesses, Australia, and the energy or industrial sectors. • Strong social presence skills and self-awareness to manage cultural and challenging situations effectively. • Skilled in collaboration, building cross-functional alliances, and influencing stakeholders.
