GeoComply is seeking a visionary Head, Channel Partners to build and lead our channel program. You will be instrumental in scaling our go-to-market strategy, expanding our market reach, and accelerating global revenue growth through a thriving partner ecosystem.This is a unique opportunity for an experienced channel leader to take full ownership and define the future of our partnerships. You'll operate as a strategic leader, laying the groundwork for a channel program designed for global scale. We've built a strong foundation, and this role is dedicated to scaling our channel program to unprecedented heights, making a direct and measurable impact on our company's success.As the Head, Channel Partners, you'll be at the forefront of our growth strategy, responsible for:Channel Strategy & LeadershipArchitect and Execute: Design, build, and execute a comprehensive channel strategy and business plan to achieve and exceed ambitious revenue targets.Define Program Maturity: Develop a clear roadmap for the channel program's evolution, from initial build-out to a global, scalable operation.Lead Through Ownership: Take full ownership of all channel initiatives, from strategy and partner recruitment to enablement and performance management.Propose Future Org Design: Analyze program performance and growth to propose the organizational structure and staffing needed to scale the team effectively.Strategic Partner Development & ManagementIdentify and Onboard: Strategically identify, recruit, and onboard high-value channel partners across diverse verticals.Cultivate Relationships: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing partners, acting as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor.Drive Growth: Proactively identify opportunities to expand product adoption and revenue within our robust partner network.Sales & Technical EnablementDesign Enablement Programs: Create and deliver comprehensive partner enablement programs, including in-depth training, compelling sales support materials, and regular, impactful engagement.Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with internal product, marketing, and sales teams to ensure partners have the necessary tools and resources to achieve mutual goals.Performance & AnalysisSet KPIs: Define key performance metrics, meticulously analyze data, and implement initiatives that optimize partner performance and drive significant growth.Track and Report: Utilize Salesforce and other analytics tools to track and report partner performance against business objectives, presenting insightful reports to senior leadership.Who You AreYou are a highly motivated and organized individual with a strong desire to make a significant impact. You will bring:Experience: 5+ years of demonstrable experience in channel/partner management, sales, or business development roles, specifically within the technology sector (SaaS, cloud services, security, or content delivery network solutions).Track Record: A proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding ambitious revenue targets and performance objectives.Strategic Mindset: A strong understanding of channel sales models, partner ecosystems, and effective go-to-market strategies.Industry Knowledge: Direct experience working with or for major CDN, security, or identity management providers (e.g., Akamai, Cloudflare, Fastly, Imperva, AWS CloudFront, Azure CDN, Google Cloud CDN, Zscaler, Palo Alto Networks, Fortinet, Cisco, etc.), or their key channel partners is a significant advantage.Adaptability: The ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-growth environment, managing multiple projects concurrently while adapting quickly to evolving market requirements.Communication: Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a strong ability to negotiate and build rapport at all levels.Independence: Highly self-motivated, organized, and capable of thriving both independently and as part of a collaborative team.Apply Now!Interested in joining our team?
