Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent and effective communication and problem resolution.
Continuously update knowledge of airline policies, procedures, and promotions to provide the highest level of service.
Requirements:
Previous customer service experience, preferably in a remote or online chat environment.
Excellent written communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Familiarity with airline reservation systems (e.g., Sabre, Amadeus) is a plus.
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
