The Quality Inspector is responsible for ensuring that products and processes meet established quality standards. This role involves conducting inspections, testing products, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate has a strong background in quality control, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with other functions. This role will support the Receiving Inspection team located ONSITE at Princeton, NJ .What You Will Do:Perform inspections of incoming materials, in-process products, and finished goods.Interpret and adhere to quality standards, specifications, and procedures.Use measurement tools and equipment to verify product dimensions and quality.Document inspection results and maintain detailed records.Identify and report defects, deviations, and non-conformities.Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve quality issues.Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action processes.Participate in Material Review Board (MRB) meeting.Assist in developing and updating inspection plans.Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality.Qualifications You Must Have:A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience.The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.The salary range for this role is 72,000 USD - 144,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
