Key Responsibilities Harbour Site Coordination: Assist the project HSE department regarding harbour site-specific issues, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Offshore Site Support: Provide support to the Offshore Site team, facilitating effective communication and coordination between onshore and offshore teams. Safety Equipment Management: Manage safety equipment, including offshore PPE kits, maintaining accurate records of inventory and certification, and monitoring service life. Lifting Operations: Assist with lifting operations from the quayside, ensuring safe and efficient execution. Forklift Operations: Manage forklift operations onshore and in-warehouse, organizing the availability of mobile cranes when needed. Site Stock Management: Conduct site stock management for consumables, ensuring efficient use of resources. Fuel and Vehicle Management: Manage fuel and site vehicle management, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company policies. Safety Checks and Monitoring: Complete building, facility, and site boundary safety checks, monitoring and recording site utilities. Site Office Management: Manage site office delivery, ensuring effective communication with port authorities, customs, site security company, and local site contractors. Data Input and Record-Keeping: Input data for all PPE that requires certification, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Quarantined Area Management: Maintain a quarantined area for damaged tools and PPE, ensuring safe storage and disposal. Ad Hoc Tasks: Support the construction management team with ad hoc tasks, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability. Port Waste Management: Liaise with port waste management contractors, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations. Outside Normal Working Hours: Be available to complete duties outside of normal working hours, demonstrating flexibility and commitment to the role. Requirements and Qualifications Experience: 2 years' experience in a similar position, preferably in the wind energy or a related industry. Forklift Operations: Experience in using or driving a fork truck, with a valid certification. Valid TWIC Card: Possess a valid TWIC card, demonstrating compliance with security regulations. Independence and Organization: Able and willing to work independently, with excellent organizational and time management skills. Driving License: Non-expired and non-suspended driving license, demonstrating compliance with company policies. Attention to Detail: Meticulous and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on accuracy and quality. Skills and Competencies Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders. Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze situations and implement effective solutions. Flexibility: Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to work outside of normal working hours.
