As a Group Home Staff member, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live independently and thrive.

Your responsibilities will include:

Participating in fun activities and outings with residents
Assisting with daily living skills, such as budgeting, meal preparation, and shopping
Mentoring residents to learn new skills and try new experiences
Providing emotional support and guidance to promote independence and confidence


To be successful in this role, you should:

Be at least 18 years old
Pass a background check and drug test
Be willing to learn and grow with our organization (no experience necessary, as we provide comprehensive training)
