Key Responsibilities:
Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations, and develop predictive models to drive business outcomes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, product managers, and engineers to understand business needs and develop data-driven solutions
Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders
Mentor and manage junior business analysts to ensure successful project delivery and professional growth
Develop and implement best practices for data analysis, data quality, and data governance
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in data analysis, business analysis, or a related field, with at least 4 years of experience in client management and business/system analysis roles
3+ years of experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry (CRO)
Proven experience working in agile teams with knowledge of agile tools like JIRA and Target Process
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to express complex ideas to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint) with advanced Excel skills for data analysis
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
Degree in IT/Computer Science, Life Science, or a related field
