Job Responsibilities:
Perform duties assigned by the Data Entry Manager, including answering phone calls, responding to orders and customer inquiries, and resolving client complaints in a timely manner
Triage incoming faxes, clarify orders as needed, and ensure accurate processing
Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring high customer satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements:
Active NJ Board of Pharmacy, Pharmacy Technician License
Previous experience in pharmacy, with LTC pharmacy experience preferred
Knowledge of brand name and generic medications, with strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Moderate to advanced computer skills, with Frameworks/ECM knowledge a plus
High school diploma or equivalent, with excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills
