Remote Office Clerk/Data Entry Specialist
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Remote Office Clerk/Data Entry Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for performing day-to-day data entry transactions, office clerical duties, and compiling reports. Key Responsibilities:
Enter daily work orders into systems with high accuracy and efficiency
Assemble and reconcile reports to support business operations
Perform office clerical duties, including filing, copying, faxing, and other administrative tasks
Maintain excellent communication with various departments to ensure seamless collaboration
Utilize Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Word, as well as industry-specific software
Perform other duties as assigned to support the team and business operations
Requirements:
1+ year of data entry experience (typing at least 40 wpm) in operations or a similar service environment
1+ year of office clerk experience, with a strong foundation in administrative tasks
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with various departments
Experience in recycling is a plus, but not required
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (1+ year) is preferred
Physical Demands:
This role requires the ability to:
Organize and manage office systems, including adjusting, connecting, lifting, pulling, pushing, bending, or folding for proper records development and management
Use a computer and related devices, such as a keyboard or mouse, throughout the workday while seated at a desk or workstation
Bend, stoop, or sit for long periods of time
