Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues, maintaining open communication and ensuring seamless issue resolution.

Required Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
Strong customer service orientation, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on attention to detail and accuracy.
Previous experience in customer support or a similar role is preferred, with proficiency in using live chat software and other customer support tools.

What We Offer:

Competitive compensation range: $55,000 - $60,000 per year.
Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, life, and AD&D insurance, employee wellness programs, and 401(k) plans.

Flexible working hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm, or flexible hours to suit your needs, as long as working hours are completed.
