We are seeking two highly skilled and experienced Data Analysts to join our innovative Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) team, working remotely with occasional travel to Springfield, IL. Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in data analysis and reporting, with a strong focus on data-driven insights
5+ years of SQL development experience, including performance tuning and optimization
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work directly with clients and stakeholders
Bachelor's or advanced degree in IT, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Proven team collaboration and adaptability, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with healthcare-related data systems and applications
Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools such as Tableau or Power BI

Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations using SQL, BI tools, and other technologies
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, recommend technical solutions, and ensure data integrity and accuracy
Perform data profiling, validation, and quality assurance to identify data anomalies and ensure data reliability
Document data processes, maintain technical documentation, and provide regular project updates to customers and stakeholders
Mentor junior team members, provide technical training and guidance, and contribute to the growth and development of the team
Stay current with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices, applying this knowledge to continuously improve our data analysis and reporting capabilities
