Remote Call Center Representative - $15/Hour

As a Remote Call Center Representative, you will play a critical role in analyzing account history, contacting customers and merchants to gather information, and maintaining accurate documentation to drive successful investigations. You will respond to a high volume of account inquiries, provide scripted responses to alerts, and assist with completing lost or stolen reports to prevent further losses and fraudulent activity.
Key Responsibilities:
Investigate potential credit card fraud cases and analyze account history to identify suspicious activity
Respond to 25+ account inquiries per hour, providing standard/scripted responses to SLA-defined alerts
Assist with completing lost or stolen reports, blocking and transferring compromised accounts, and building credit card replacement orders
Build knowledge and basic skills to identify fraudulent credit card activity through training and research
Requirements:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Typically, no relevant experience is required, but previous work experience in a fraud-related field is preferred
Desired Skills and Capabilities:
Acquires and applies job skills, learns company policies and procedures, and completes assigned routine tasks
Works on routine to semi-routine assignments, requiring limited decision-making outside of stated processes
Receives detailed instructions and follows established procedures, working under close supervision
