Roles and Responsibilities

Verify life insurance fresh business and maintain accurate MIS for fresh and renewal policies
Provide exceptional customer support and business updates
Create illustrations for customers
Maintain claims MIS and ensure accurate policy issuance and documentation
Process policy-related transactions and update customer records
Collaborate with insurance agents and underwriters to facilitate policy issuance
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks
