Job Description:

We're seeking a motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Remote Entry-Level Manager. As a key member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to work on challenging projects, collaborate with talented professionals, and contribute to the continued success of our organization.

Responsibilities:


Teach middle-class families about financial literacy and empower them to make informed decisions about their financial futures
Conduct comprehensive financial needs analysis with members to understand their unique financial situations and goals
Educate members on benefits, products, and options to help them make informed decisions about their financial well-being
Assist clients in completing applications and benefit programs to ensure seamless onboarding and support
Mentor and teach upcoming team members procedures to ensure a smooth transition and knowledge transfer
Monitor and track results on performance and make data-driven decisions to increase productivity and drive business growth
