Join Music Workshop, a leading nonprofit organization, as an Education Outreach Manager and play a pivotal role in expanding our reach and driving sales of our fee-based professional development programs and products. Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Revenue Generation: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to promote and sell Music Workshop's fee-based professional development programs to school districts, administrators, schools, and teachers in the U.S. and Canada, meeting or exceeding monthly and annual sales targets.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including school district leaders, principals, administrators, and educators, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any concerns or needs.
Outreach and Marketing: Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute targeted outreach campaigns to increase awareness and adoption of Music Workshop's programs, represent the organization at educational conferences, workshops, and events, and coordinate and deliver presentations and demonstrations of our programs to district leaders, school boards, and other key decision-makers.
Data Management and Reporting: Track and analyze sales data, outreach efforts, and relationship management activities to assess effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed, providing regular reports on sales performance, outreach activities, and client feedback to the Director of Development and Partnerships.
Collaboration and Teamwork: Work closely with the program development team to provide feedback from educators and administrators, ensuring our programs meet their needs and expectations, and partner with the Director of Development and Partnerships to align sales goals with the organization's broader development and fundraising strategies.


Qualifications:

Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Marketing, or a related field, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in education sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Skills and Competencies: Strong sales acumen, excellent relationship-building skills, outstanding communication and presentation skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities and deadlines, proficiency in CRM software, Canva, Asana, and Google Workspace, and ability to travel via car, train, and air.
