Job Title: Senior Enterprise Data Strategist

Join our team as a Senior Enterprise Data Strategist and drive business growth by leveraging your expertise in data analysis, strategy, and leadership. As a key member of our data team, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing data-driven solutions that inform business decisions and drive strategic outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development and implementation of data-driven strategies to drive business growth and improvement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data solutions that meet those needs
Design and implement data governance frameworks to ensure data quality, integrity, and security
Mentor and lead junior analysts to develop their skills and expertise in data analysis and strategy
Develop and maintain advanced knowledge of data management tools and technologies, including SQL, Python, and data cataloging and lineage tools
Communicate complex data insights and recommendations to stakeholders, including business leaders, product owners, and data engineers
Conduct root-cause analysis of defects and triage issues to relevant teams for resolution
Understand and adhere to company risk and regulatory standards, policies, and controls
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years related experience, or in lieu of a degree, a combined minimum of 9 years higher education and/or work experience, including a minimum of 5 years related experience
Experience pulling data from Structured Query Language (SQL) platforms and completing user acceptance testing for data products
Basic knowledge of data management and data cataloging and lineage tools
Experience querying data that has been modeled in various techniques, e.g., slowly changing dimensions vs snapshots, key-value pairs vs normalized vs wide-table formats etc.
Experience developing source-to-target mappings in various data delivery patterns, e.g., full data loads vs CDC (change data capture) formats
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working as a member of an Agile Team and leading/mentoring team members on all analyst activities
Advanced skills in SQL and knowledge of assigned domain products, systems, and workflows
Data classification and privacy experience and knowledge of statistic, data science techniques and tools
Experience using Data Governance Tools
