Job Description:
As a Part-Time Education Consultant, you'll play a vital role in facilitating high-quality Professional Development and consulting services to educational stakeholders. Your expertise will promote best practices with Renaissance solutions, ensuring customer success and driving student growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide on-site and remote professional learning for new and current users of Renaissance products to ensure customer success
Utilize adult learning strategies to facilitate engaging, personalized, professional learning on best practices for product usage
Guide educators in using data to accelerate student learning
Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders, including teachers and administrators
Maintain accurate records and complete all required documentation


Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or higher in Education or a related field
Classroom and/or educational administrative experience
Superb consultative, facilitative, and analytical skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Strong customer service and relationship building abilities at all levels within the school system


Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Renaissance Solutions (Freckle, myON, Star 360, Accelerated Reader, myIGDI’s, or Schoolzilla)
Bilingual/Biliterate in English and Spanish
Planning and delivering professional learning
Early childhood education
Dual Language Programming
