Position: Director, Airline Partnerships - North America

Description:
As a seasoned leader, you will spearhead our airline partnerships in North America, driving revenue growth and innovation in the region. You will lead a team of Sr Business Development Managers, representing our company in the assigned region, and building executive relationships with airline partners.
We're looking for a motivated individual with a passion for travel and technology, who can intuitively communicate our unique value proposition and frame our benefits to airlines. If you have a successful background of driving revenue growth for key accounts, and 3 years of experience leading a team of account managers, we encourage you to apply.
Requirements:
Minimum 10 years of sales/account management experience with a proven track record of driving revenue growth for key accounts
Prior experience in airline distribution (OTA, TMC, GDS, or airline) is preferred
Positive attitude, creative, self-motivated, and always striving to do your best
Ability to craft and deliver compelling and data-driven presentations
Team mentality, desire to help the team win
Excellent prioritization and time management skills with the ability to distinguish urgent from important work
Innovative and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving
Strong value selling skills
Executive-level business acumen
Ability to navigate and succeed in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
