Key Responsibilities:

Verify enrollment status and make changes to member records
Address a variety of enrollment questions or concerns
Maintain enrollment databases and coordinate transfer of eligibility data

Requirements:

1+ years of Customer Service experience
1+ years of Eligibility verification experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
QuickBase knowledge
Strong data entry skills
Less than 10% travel for quarterly meetings

Preferred Qualifications:

Medicaid or Medicare experience
Experience with working at home
Flexibility and a team player mindset

Education:

High school diploma required
College degree preferred

Compensation and Benefits:
