We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Driver and Branch Sales Assistant to join our team on a flexible hours basis. As a key member of our branch team, you'll be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, driving sales growth, and exceeding customer expectations. Key Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional customer service, both in-store and over the phone, to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Support the Branch Manager and Assistant Branch Manager in achieving and exceeding sales targets at optimum margins.
Assist with general duties within the branch, including serving customers on the trade counter, telesales, and maintaining high standards of housekeeping.
Ensure the health and safety of yourself and your vehicle, and comply with transport compliance law and regulations.
Report any issues or incidents to your line manager and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
A clean driving licence and previous driving experience.
Knowledge of the products associated with our industry would be an advantage.
Flexibility with working hours, with the ability to work up to 37.5 hours per week.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
A strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a team.
