Job Title: Director of Client Services - Lead the Way in Exceptional Client Experience

Key Responsibilities:
Partner with cross-functional teams, including Project Management and Production Planning, to review capacity, team deliverables, and performance.
Provide strategic direction on documentation of work requests, participating in discussions to define and assign work to appropriate resources.
Review and analyze client performance on a weekly basis, identifying risk areas and collaborating with team members to address concerns.
Act as a client escalation point for service delivery concerns, providing oversight and driving delivery of key initiatives.
Develop and deliver operational performance reports to client leadership teams, highlighting successes, risks, and needs.
Conduct regular strategy meetings with the Customer Success team to review client activity, needs, and performance.
Lead daily stand-up meetings with team members to communicate business initiatives and review deliverables.
Manage team members through regular 1:1 meetings, reviewing work, processes, and other team member needs to ensure successful execution.
Develop and implement training programs for new team members, aligning resources as needed to support their growth and development.
Ensure the team is executing against Annual Enrollment related activities and proactively engaging clients and internal teams as needed.
Participate in sales finalist meetings and collaborate with the sales team on prospect visits and scope of services presentations.
Engage in ongoing educational opportunities to stay up-to-date on product releases, updates, and system functionality.
Requirements:
8+ years of progressive experience working with brokers, carriers, and clients in the Benefit Administration arena.
Bachelor's Degree in Management, Communication, or a similar field preferred.
Experience with Technology, Health & Welfare Benefits, Human Resources, or Health Care strongly preferred.
Highly motivated, confident, energetic, and positive attitude.
Strong relationship management and project management expertise, analytical skills, and the ability to engage and motivate multiple stakeholders.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact with various clients, company personnel, and team members.
Resourceful and creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to work constructively with team members to find solutions.
Comfortable with learning new technology and communicating effectively with clients.
Desire to learn about the newest cutting-edge technology and passion for continuous learning.
Availability to travel up to 15%.
What We Offer:
A competitive salary range of $80,000 to $154,000 per year, based on education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
Eligibility to participate in the annual bonus plan.
