Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate information about our products, services, and company policies.
Assist customers with setting up new accounts, resolving issues, and placing orders.
Collaborate with the New Sales Team to convert leads into sales and provide exceptional customer support.
Escalate complex issues to the relevant departments and ensure timely resolution.
Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Attend regular team meetings and contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
Requirements:
1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to multitask, handle multiple conversations simultaneously, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
Proficiency in typing (50+ wpm) and basic computer skills.
Self-motivated, reliable, and trustworthy, with a strong sense of ethics and integrity.
What We Offer:
Competitive hourly rate of $15/hour, plus commissions.
Full-time, remote position with a flexible schedule (Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.).
