Responsibilities:


Provide top-notch IT services to employees, ensuring seamless support and minimizing downtime.
Install, configure, and support Windows and Mac-based hardware and software, including peripherals like printers and USB devices.
Respond promptly to support requests, analyzing, diagnosing, and resolving desktop hardware and software issues for a diverse range of end users.
Maintain accurate documentation and inventory of computing equipment, including PCs, monitors, printers, scanners, and other peripherals.
Collaborate with Helpdesk staff to resolve complex user problems, providing training and guidance as needed.
Build and deploy new desktops and laptops, ensuring they meet the organization's technical standards.
Assist in coordinating Helpdesk staff activities for larger projects, as directed by IT management.
Contribute to identifying and developing solutions to emerging issues faced by user groups and Helpdesk staff, working closely with IT management.

Requirements:
