Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team in a work-from-home capacity. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, answering incoming calls, and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Job Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls from prospective guests and travel agents, providing accurate and helpful information to ensure a positive experience.
Assist with booking new reservations or updating prior requests, ensuring seamless communication and resolution.
Handle all general questions or inquiries, providing empathetic and solution-focused responses.
Requirements:
High-speed internet access (equipment provided by the company)
Availability to work any 8-hour shift, Monday through Sunday, including weekends
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
Benefits:
Competitive hourly rate: $17.00 per hour, with opportunities for overtime pay
