The Role:
As a Data Analyst in our Treasury team, you'll play a critical role in providing top management with visibility into the company's performance. You'll work with large datasets, design and build processes, perform analyses to drive business decisions, develop controls, and mitigate risk. If you're passionate about making a impact and have a knack for analytics, this is the role for you.
Responsibilities:
Run finance-related daily operations, including loan originations and secondary market transactions
Build automation tasks and design new solutions to business initiatives
Provide new and useful data solutions via dashboards, automated reports, and more
Empower cross-functional teams with Treasury-related expertise
Develop and maintain Treasury-specific datasets and data pipelines
Support the business with ad hoc requests and drive adoption of new processes
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Math, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a quantitative field
2+ years of professional experience as a data analyst or in a related role
1+ years of experience with SQL and Python
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Self-directed and self-motivated with a customer service mindset
Bonus Points:
Working knowledge of lending concepts and related processes
Systems implementation experience
Experience in venture-backed or high-growth environments
