Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and greet guests with warmth, professionalism, and enthusiasm.
Provide personalized assistance and information to guests in their native German language.
Attend to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with a service-oriented approach.
Ensure efficient check-in and check-out processes.
Collaborate with various departments to fulfill guest requests.

Contribute to a positive work environment by working cohesively with the team.
Required Skills:
Proficiency in German and English (spoken and written).
