Guest Relations On-Demand Ambassador (Flex-Work Team Member)

You can work as much or as little as you like as an On-Demand Ambassador, however, we ask for your active engagement by picking up and working shifts (via our WhenToWork mobile App) as well as responding at our attempts at contact. We will contact you throughout the year (via your provided contact information) and confirm your ability... and interest in working shifts at World of Coca-Cola. If we do not receive a response your employment will be administratively terminated. You must work at least one shift each month or you will be administratively terminated.

Position Overview:

The Guest Relations On-Demand Ambassador will be a representative of World of Coca-Cola and will engage guests and team members throughout the Attraction by providing exceptional guest service, tailoring each interaction, and anticipating needs.

Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

While no two-days are the same, you’ll help maximize our guests experience by:
• Acknowledging guests and greeting them with a smile/attitude of invitation
• Stocking areas and preparing for guests to enjoy our products and services
• Providing access control, ensuring guests have valid tickets/passes to enter designated areas, and controlling capacity to theaters and galleries.
• Creating, packaging, and distributing food / beverage in compliance with all food safety protocols
• Restocking stations, replenishing, and delivering supplies across the campus
• Assisting guests with special access, wayfinding, and evacuation in the event of an emergency.
• Acts as a Brand Ambassador by consistently modeling and upholding The Coca-Cola Company Core Values while driving brand awareness and encouraging lasting customer relationships.
• Adheres to Company policies regarding timeliness, attendance and time clock procedures.
• Maintains specified appearance standards for Front of House presentation.
• Maintains a positive attitude and welcoming demeanor while in the presence of guests and ambassadors.
• Monitors guests and surrounding areas for potential safety concerns or hazards and adheres to World of Coca-Cola safety procedures.
• Interacts with guests with differing abilities in a respectful and appropriate manner, enforcing inclusion training provided by The Coca-Cola Company and World of Coca-Cola.
• Handles cash and credit transactions successfully in a fast-paced environment.
• Other duties as assigned by World of Coca-Cola Leadership Team.

Physical Requirements:
• Continuous walking and/or standing for prolonged periods of time (6-8 hours).
• Ability to climb/navigate multiple levels of the building via stairs or elevator.
• Continuous exposure to outside temperatures including extreme heat or cold.
• Ability to visually assess gauges, meters, timers, and/or stock levels and react based on training with little to no guidance.
• Ability to reach over head to lift objects up to 20 pounds.
• Ability to push and pull objects up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to navigate through dark and work in enclosed spaces.
• Ability to work in noisy, crowded and tight spaces.

Education & Experience Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• One year experience in the themed attraction industry, hospitality industry, or customer service.
• Strong verbal and presentation skills, multi-lingual skills a plus.
• Proven ability to adapt to change, work effectively under pressure, and produce accurate results in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals, and ability to perform these operations using American units of Money.
• Proven ability to deal with problems involving few concrete variables in a standardized method.
• Starting pay range $13.50/hr - $15.90/hr (actual pay offered based on experience, skill, and varies by local /geographical area
